Please welcome our newest Elf Tinsel!  He is a gorgeous 1'ish year old Shih Tzu and weighs just 13 pounds.  We don't know much about his prior life as a breeder dog but since he's been with us, he's been keeping his crate clean, did well for all his vetting and did well on transport with other dogs.  Tinsel is now in search of a foster home for the holidays!  Can you help Tinsel find a home?  Please email us at fosters@cockerspanielrescue.com.  He is located in Alexandria, VA.
